Why fish is better to buy: fresh fish from the ocean or farm fish?

Fresh ocean fish has naturally occurring amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Farmed fish usually are very low in omega-3s because they are fed ‘unnatural’ food sources.
Go with the ‘real thing’!
